Iraq has directed delegation of military experts which will carry on negotiations for returning of 19 fighters an Instant given to Yugoslavia for repair at the time of board of Saddam Hussein to Serbia. Fighters could not return to Iraq within 20 years because of the sanctions imposed to Bagdad for intrusion into Kuwait.
