The president of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev has demanded by January, 1st, 2010 to equip all long-distance buses with seat belts. Besides, Medvedev has charged to the government to enter the requirement about the equipment of buses and trucks control devices behind observance by drivers "modes of movement, work and rest".
